as i have said before, some of the best and innovative design can be found in hotels, check out this one that i came across while planning my trip to the US later this year.i am dreading that loooong plane flight a little less now!
I was excited to find that my one of my favorite furnishing lines are now in oz but boy are they expensive, made by Ankasa, Indian couple in America. The embroidery work is simply exquisite, i would even go as far as saying that they are the best i have seen.
sorry for the lack of posts, still getting used to my new apple mac but i can report that i have enrolled in an interior design course by the end of which i will be a professional!
Not only did I find one but 4 authentic marine balls for my beach makeover, the outside string webbing was removed from them and they were made into a cool hanging by the gallery owner from where I bought them. And I hung a string of driftwood next to them. I am getting a quote on white plantation style shutters for the back windows as well.... what fun! I wish I could do this everyday!
This photo blog documents my finds in and everything to do with interior decoration and styling. But wait there's more! There are also photos of my coastal home town of byron bay and my love for NYC and even a sprinkling of vegetarian cooking and Indian fashion.
