Do you have days when you wish you were somewhere else doing something else, well i am having one of those days today, i wish i was in New York city, particularly in the lovely and well designed W Hotel and not cooking a whole lot of desserts for my cafe that i am today in hot and all too familiar byron bay!

still in the middle east, the tiles they use there are so colorful and exotic, maybe an overkill for the inside but would be great outdoors where you dont have to see it all the time..
