18th sept. PANEER


since my title has paneer in it, I thought that I would share with you pictures of paneer that I made the other day at my cafe. I curdled 30L of milk to come to the stage on the left (a bit like ricotta cheese). The finished product looked like the one on the right. 170 succulent pieces of paneer soaked in seasoned tomato gravy! YUM!

paneer is my favourite cheese! and byron my favourite place. Your cafe looks beautiful, I'd love to visit it one day. Until then, I shall enjoy reading your blog!
