more cooking

now that it's getting warmer here, i have to make a lot of salads for my cafe which i don't mind as one can get quite creative with salads, these are some of my inventions this week.


marinated tempe salad with pickled daikon and tamari almonds

roasted roma tomato, baby asparagus, bocconcini, organic olives and pesto salad

beetroot-mint tzaziki salad with corn and koftas
