Where's the paneer?

Someone asked me recently where the paneer was as it is mentioned in the title of my blog,so i thought i would post some photos of my recent paneer making. Paneer is Indian style cheese made by adding yogurt to boiling milk, straining it, pressing it and then frying it, the end result is this sticky , most delicious thing in the world. On this day i made palak(spinach) paneer with spinach puris(Indian fried bread) and served it on a peacock plate( but of course!).
