brisbane
I just got back from Brisbane, the closest city from where I live. The emporium precinct is the only place to stay while in Brisbane which is what we did. You have the very glam, well designed Emporium hotel, the french cafe Belle Epoque for breakfast and one of the best homeware stores in Brisbane Ollie and LLoyd for some serious shopping.
